There are two reporting versions available for download from the Investigate Shift Analysis by User screen: Summary report and Detailed Transaction report. These reports are downloaded as CSV.
To download a report:
- Click Download.
- Select the report you want to download.
Summary Report
The Summary report gives a general overview of the event summary cards in the Investigate Shift Analysis by User screen and includes information not available in the Detailed Transaction report. 
Detailed Transaction Report
The Detailed Transaction report includes additional details not included in the Summary report.
Reporting Tip!
We recommend downloading and reviewing both reports for the full scope from a provider's shift analysis data investigation.
