Once you are on the Shift Analysis Metric Dashboard, you can view shift information and flag unusual events for individual users. See the image below to learn more.

Filters
You can select from the following filters:
- Date Range- You can view shift data by the following date ranges:
- 24 hrs.
- 48 hrs.
- 7 days
- 14 days
- 30 days - Default
- Department - You can select multiple departments. Default is no department selected.
- Sort Shifts By- You can sort shift information by the following criteria:
- Date: Newest to Oldest
- Date: Oldest to Newest
- Shift: Unusual First - Default
Download PDF Button 
Click the Download PDF button to create a snapshot of the dashboard and covert it to a PDF document. Make sure you have the user you want selected.
User Display toggle
You can toggle between two options:
- Show users with events outside of shift - This is the default.
OR - Show all users - When this option is active, you can search for users at the top of the User Selection Panel.
User Selection Panel
The User Selection Panel is displayed on the left side of the dashboard. When you select a user, their shift times display in the Shift Analysis Calendar - based on your Date Range and Sort Shifts By settings.
In the expanded card, below the provider's name is a summary of the unusual events for the selected provider, including the following:
- Total number of shifts worked in the selected date range
- Total number of shifts with unusual events within the selected date range
- Total number of unusual events that occurred within the selected date range
- Names of the medications involved in those unusual events
Shift Analysis Calendar
The Shift Analysis Calendar displays a selected user's shift times based on your Date Range and Sort Shifts By settings. Blue squares indicate events that are classified as expected based on the associated provider's shift data, while pink squares indicate events that have been flagged as unusual. Hover over unusual events to view a tooltip with a brief summary of the event.
