Bulk Editing User Accounts

To update the security roles for multiple user accounts, users can utilize the bulk edit feature. By selecting the checkboxes next to the desired user accounts one can easily make bulk edits. To edit all of the user accounts in the system at once, users should select the checkbox next to the User Name header. 


Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Navigate to the Manage tab. 

2. Locate the Application Management section.

3. Select the Account Management tab.

4. Utilize the Search Bar to locate the desired user account you wish to edit. You can search by the username, security role, or account role. 

5. Select the checkbox next to the user accounts you wish to edit. 

6. Select the Bulk Edit button. 

Note: The Bulk Edit button will include the number of user accounts you have elected to edit. To edit all of the user accounts in ControlCheck select the checkbox next to the Username column header. 

 7. Next, select the checkbox next to the security role you wish to assign to the users. In this example, you can select Admin.

8. Select Save to confirm any changes.

Saving your changes will affect selected user accounts immediately after finalizing the edits. It cannot be undone.
