Uploading Files in the Manage Tab


Users with manager-level permissions can review the source files that have been uploaded via the File Uploads pageTo locate this page select the Manage tab in the main navigation menu and then select the File Uploads tab located in the left-hand menu. 



The File Uploads page includes a Processing Files table that is continuously updated in realtime; as a result, there is no need to refresh the page. It includes the "Get Latest" toggle which allows you to filter the file list so that you can quickly review the last seven days of files. 


The files shown may have been uploaded to ControlCheck manually or via SFTP. They also may be waiting to be paired with additional files which in turn create the event summaries seen in the Audit Table. The file list is displayed in a table format that includes the file processing date/time, the file source, the file name, and the current upload status.


File Upload Status




If the status column displays "Complete", this indicates that the file has been successfully uploaded. However, if a file is not listed, it has not been received or has not matched an adapter. Should this occur, we recommend that you verify that the source file was sent to ControlCheck. Other possible file statuses for processing files include processing, failed, and skipped.
