Report Overview
The Observed Behavior tab enables the creation of multiple behavior reports within a case, integrating them into the activity feed and evidence collection process. This feature is accessible within the Case Portfolio page, alongside the Feed and Event Summaries tabs.
The report is structured to evaluate specific behaviors, performance, personal attributes, and other social factors. You have the flexibility to generate reports based on the observed behaviors on a particular day or you can select the General observation checkbox if you have noticed consistent behaviors.
Upon selecting the General observation checkbox, the Observation Date, Time, and Location fields will be replaced with two new fields for entering the name of the Observer and any additional witnesses.
Authorization for Creating Observed Behavior Reports
It's essential to note that typically, only users holding the Case Admin role possess the authority to create Observed Behavior Reports. Nevertheless, users with the Case Owner or Participant roles can generate reports within the cases they are assigned to. Additionally, users with the Case Viewer role can access the reports but lack the capability to create them.

Report Components
Given that the General Information section was introduced at the beginning of this article, you can read the paragraphs below to learn more about the remaining sections of the Observed Behavior Report.
Job Performance Section
This section enables the identification of behaviors pertaining to a provider's attendance, cooperation, and performance. Cooperation entails a provider's willingness to adhere to the facility's drug testing protocols or diversion investigation procedures. Performance, on the other hand, pertains to the manner in which they fulfill their duties.
Behavioral/Physical Observations Section
This section facilitates the identification of behaviors related to a provider's appearance, demeanor, movement, and speech. Speech observations encompass the manner in which a provider communicates with their patients and colleagues (e.g., rambling, slurred, shouting).
If there are additional observations you wish to report that are not covered in the aforementioned sections, you can document these observations in the Other Observations text field. Conversely, if you have already addressed the provider in question, you can document their responses to your inquiries in the Employee Response field.
