Features

Additional Investigation Evidence Collection - Observed Behavior Report!

We are excited to launch the ability to create Observed Behavior Reports in Investigations, allowing users to collect additional evidence during the investigation workflow and document that evidence in a way that is easy to understand and share.

Features:

  • This provides the ability to create multiple behavior reports within an Investigation and include these behavior reports as part of the activity feed/evidence collection process.
  • This also provides multiple options to collect data within the report, including any additional observation comments and any responses from the provider in question.
  • Investigators will see highlighted trends in reported behaviors that could indicate practice concerns or possible diversion activity.

Access:

  • All Hospitals will have this feature enabled.
  • Hospitals can opt-out within Hospital settings.
  • Users with the Investigation Viewer role will only be able to see the reports, not create reports.
  • Users with the Investigation Admin role can create reports in any Investigation.
  • Users with the Investigation Owner or Participant role can create reports in Investigations they are assigned to.

Updates & Fixes

  • Fixed a bug where the default IRIS date range is not reflected in the OR IRIS Dashboard
