New Features 

Digest Email for Investigation Activity

Users with permission to access Investigations will now have the ability to opt into a digest (daily or weekly) email that will highlight all new activities within Investigations that they have access to view. Activities will include:

• Investigation Status Changes (Open / Close)
• Progress Notes / Comments
• File Attachment Activity
• Linked Transaction Activity
• Creation of Observed Behavior Report
• Updates to the Investigation Task List

The digest email presents this information by showing each Investigation including its ID number, the provider who is being investigated, and a link to that Investigation in the application. It then shows a table that lists each activity type, the details around that activity (for example, what was the status change), and the application User who created that activity.

This now means Admins and Viewers can have insight into all activity within Investigations in their hospital, and owners and collaborators can be alerted when investigations they are working on have new activity.

As mentioned, this email is opt-in and can be accessed in “Account Settings” under “Updates to Investigation Portfolios”.

Updates & Fixes 

• Diversion Suspected is now an Investigation Open Reason
• Fixed bug where users see events that are different than their filters. Filtering by dates will be based on the dates in the local time zone.
