Dashboard Overview
The Case Oversight Dashboard includes high-level case data presented through a series of graphs, charts, and data summaries. It is pertinent to note that access to this data is restricted to users with either the Admin or Viewer role privileges enabled.
Prior to delving into the dashboard, it is advisable to familiarize yourself with the two methods available for navigating to the Case Oversight Dashboard. The first method involves selecting the Case Oversight panel located within the Cases Dashboard. Alternatively, you can navigate through the main navigation menu by selecting the 'Case' tab and subsequently choosing 'Case Oversight' from the drop-down menu.
Cases Opened (Over last 6 months)
This section provides an overview of the total number of cases opened within the last six months, as well as the corresponding monthly average.
Open Reason Distribution (Over last 6 months)
A pie chart in this section delineates the various reasons for opening cases over the past six months, along with the corresponding number of cases.
Total Cases Opened Monthly
The bar graph in this section illustrates the total count of cases that were initiated within the preceding six months.
Cases Closed (Over last 6 months)
This section presents data regarding the total count of closed cases over the last six months, accompanied by the monthly average of closed cases.
Closed Reason Distribution (Over last 6 months)
This section provides data regarding the total number of cases closed within the past six months, with 'non-diversion event' specified as the reason for closure.
Total Cases Closed Monthly
This section displays a bar graph that depicts the total count of closed cases that have taken place over the last six months.
Avg Days to Close a Case (Over last 6 months)
This section utilizes a bar graph to compare the average days needed to close a case over the last six months.
Tasks completed on Closed Cases (Over last 6 months)
This section offers users insights into the percentage of top tasks completed for closed cases over the last six months.
