Investigation Oversight Dashboard

 We are excited to announce the release of the Investigation Oversight Dashboard, allowing users to easily access a high-level view of the actions taken over the past six months in the investigation workflow at their hospital.

Features:

• Provides data around how many investigations were opened and closed in total, the distribution of reasons for opening and closing investigations, and the distribution of how many were open and closed in each month in the six-month time period.
• Additional information was provided on how many days on average it took to close investigations, and the top tasks completed on those closed investigations.
• Additional UI improvements including high-level investigation information on the landing dashboard and status distribution cards in the investigation worklist:

Access:

• All hospitals will have access to this feature.
• Only accessible by users with the admin or viewer level role.

Updates & Fixes

• IRIS 2.0 - Fixed redirection logic from the Detailed Risk Score Analysis section to metric pages
  • When redirecting to the Variance Trends metric page, the department chart is automatically expanded and the user is highlighted. (Nursing)
  • When redirecting to the Action Times metric page, the user is preselected and highlighted in pink. (Nursing & OR)
  • When redirecting to the User Mobility metric page, the user is preselected and highlighted. (Nursing)
