Improved Documentation when Investigation is opened from IRIS Review

Streamlined documentation & tracking of Investigations opened from Reviews on the IRIS Worklist and ensured accurate tracking of outcomes and actions.

  • Investigation opened from a Completed IRIS Reviews
    • The Review Banner displays the Investigation's open date and reason
    • Includes a note in the Documentation tab
    • Includes a note in the Documentation tab and updates Reviews & Investigations tab
  • Investigation opened from an Active IRIS Review:
     
    • Automatically closes the review with the outcome Diversion Suspected
    • The Review Banner displays the Investigation's open date and reason
    • Includes a note in the Documentation tab and updates Reviews & Investigations tab

 

Remove the Oversight Audit checkbox when Event Summary is moved to Open

Automatically uncheck Oversight Audit when a manually closed Event Summary is moved to Open status, reducing confusion and ensuring accurate re-review by end users.

  • Oversight Audit checkbox is automatically unchecked upon reopening Event Summary
  • Add activity feed entry to document Oversight Audit status change

Release 187 - Week of 12-16-24

  • Hospital setting for disabling re-reconciliation for manually closed event summaries
    • Context: Re-conciliation occurs when new data comes into ControlCheck and/ or mappings are updated. The purpose of this setting is to prevent Event Summaries in Closed - Reconciled and Closed - Unable to Reconcilefrom being re-reconciled since end users have already reviewed them.  The setting will be defaulted to OFF.
