Show User Role on Audit Table
A little extra information in the UI to make it easier to track the events across departments and locations. You’ll find it on the Audit table, in Run Report, and in an Investigate Data page.
Add Investigation Reasons
Added new open reason: Routine Surveillance and new closed reason: Progressive Discipline. Routine Surveillance is what it sounds like. Progressive Discipline is an option for situations where the inquiry revealed poor performance instead of diversion. It signifies that the provider was put on an improvement plan.
