Formulary - Unmapping & Splitting Medications

How to Unmap & Split Medications

Manager users can utilize the Formulary to split and re-map medications themselves by unmapping med identifiers. Once this task is completed, unmapped med identifiers will return to the Unmapped Medications queue. 

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Navigate to the Manage tab. 

2. Locate the Mappings section in the left-side menu. 

3. Select the Formulary tab. 

4. Select the Mapped Medications tab. 

5. Locate the desired medication in the table. 

6. Select the medication's name to expand the row and reveal any associated med identifiers.  

7. Select the Split and Unmap button. 

8. Select the Confirm button to finalize the changes.
