Canceled Transactions Dashboard
Facilities with ADCs experience canceled transactions where a member of the patient care staff begins a dispense, return, or other transaction, but then cancels the transaction. This functionality allows users to pause and reverse an action as needed or to allow another staff member with greater urgency to access the ADC. The goal of this metric is to identify users whose canceled transaction behavior is unusual as compared to their peers. Review the screenshot below to see an example of a user with unusual behavior. Note that the user's score in red is calculated utilizing aggregated data from the past four months.
You also have the option to select a department to view a chart of the providers with the greatest number of cancelations. Or you can review data for the number of canceled transactions by department or medication.
