Improved IRIS Usability and UI Consistency - IRIS 2.0 General Release!

 We are thrilled to share the exciting news of the IRIS 2.0 general release! Shoutout to all the incredible teams — Engineering, UX, Data Science, Clinical, AM, Implementation/ Training, and Support — for your collaborative efforts to hit this milestone.

The primary value of the enhancements & new functionalities is to improve IRIS product usability & UI consistency. IRIS 2.0 features & GA plans have been communicated to all primary contacts on ControlCheck and 142 customers on a live Community Event:

Improved Collaboration in Cases - Comment Formatting in Cases

Users can now format comments in Cases by using a combination of multiple formatting options, allowing for rich text editing ability when documenting evidence or activity in the Case! Formatting options include:

• Bold, italics, strikethrough
• Inserting a link
• Creating headers, quotes, indents
• Numbered or bullet lists

Updates & Fixes ?

• We have changed the Investigations to Cases in the application.
• Fixed “Source File Uploads Not Received” notification to notify users if one or more patient care files have been filed to upload
• IRIS 2.0 GA (expected 1/31/2024):
  • Persist date range selection across OR metric pages
  • Changed “User Analytics” to “IRIS Analytics” from Analyze navigation
  • Updated GA banner on IRIS Dashboard to communicate new IRIS 2.0 features
• Canceled Transactions GA (expected 2/14/2024):
  • Improved CSV export formatting for Detailed Transactions in Canceled Transactions. Metric is available for Omnicell & Pyxis customers only
• The performance of the File Management Page has been improved.
