Features

New Report Section

Launching the Report Section in ControlCheck, which will improve the inpatient reporting experience with consolidated reports and a Report Inbox for large exports.

  • The Report Section is the central location for all reporting needs, accessible via the navigation header.
    • Report Inbox - large reports that are too large to download immediately will be sent to the Report Inbox for delivery and stored for up to 180 days. Users are notified when reports are ready to download.
    • Quick Reports - System Benchmark reports are moving from Analyze, with no changes to functionality.
    • Transactional Reports: Current Hospital - Run Report is moving from Analyze and still allows event summary previewing before download.

Retail Pharmacy Dashboard

The Retail Pharmacy Dashboard helps prioritize auditing open variances and summarize count corrections across all retail pharmacy locations.

  • By default, all Retail Pharmacy users will land on the dashboard page, which is also accessible by clicking the “ControlCheck” logo
  • The Inventory Management widget counts all open variances across retail pharmacies and provides direct access to the audit table with the Retail Pharmacy Audit button
  • The Count Corrections widget sorts by the top 10 most count corrected medications in the last 30 days

Updates

ControlCheck Basics expanded with Transactional Reporting

ControlCheck Basics users can now export transactional data via the new Report section so they can share data with Pharmacy/ Nursing for review.

  • The Transactional Reports: Current Hospital and Report Inbox is accessible via the new Report section
  • Users can export Summary and Detailed transactional reports

Action Time Metric Calculation Improvement

Action Time data is calculated by separating procedural department data from care area data. This change ensures providers are evaluated more accurately based on the nature of their workflows, reducing the chance of highlighting providers whose routine activities in procedural areas were previously skewing results.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed updating variance category issue from hospital-level to system-level when the same name exists in the current hospital
  • Fixed Pharmacy Audit issue where load transactions are processed 5 hours after reported time in pharmacy file.
