Fixed a pair of issues with patient identifiers that caused events to not reconcile or files not to complete uploading.
Resolved an issue with unspecified departments causing the KPI report to have inconsistent data with System Benchmarks.
Fixed a usability issue when attempting to create accounts that already exist at the hospital. Text explaining this particular situation now appears as blue, rather than the previous red which appeared like an error statement.
