Account Management Page: Search Bar
In Release 88, ControlCheck brought user creation and account management directly into ControlCheck. This release features a handy addition to that page to improve the user experience and help you find the information you are looking for more quickly. Looking for a particular ControlCheck user out of 100
different users? Care to only view those ControlCheck users that have access to a specific Security Role? Need to quickly see if a user has ControlCheck Manager user permissions? Use the search bar at the top of the Account Management table to easily find what you are looking for.
To begin, start typing a Username, Security Role, or Account Role and the table will narrow the results to those that match the value entered. In the example below, we are only interested in finding
ControlCheck users that have the Security Role "Investigations Collaborator" so we will enter the word "invest" and notice that the results begin to filter and now only users with a matching result are displayed.
This functionality is super valuable for hospitals that have a high number of ControlCheck users and Security Roles.
New Source Type on File Upload Page
With the introduction of ControlCheck's new Pharmacy Module last year, we added the ability to ingest a single file that contains both Pharmacy inventory data and Patient Care data. This file typically contains data from both the ADC and central narc vault and ControlCheck processes the events and sends them to their respective modules: either Pharmacy or Patient Care. As hospitals continue to upload ADC files, narc vault files, and files with both ADC and narc vault data, it is valuable to make the distinction within ControlCheck what the source of the file was for troubleshooting purposes. When a ControlCheck Manager views the File Uploads page under the Manage tab, they will now see the Source value of "ADC_OR_NARC_VAULT" for files that contain both ADC and narc vault data, as shown below.
Upgrades & Fixes
- Updated the Username sorting on the Account Management table to be case-insensitive.
- Fixed an issue that prevented the User Metrics on the Investigation Dashboard page from linking end-users to the IRIS Dashboard for that metric.
