What Prism Cannot Do

Note: Prism Assistant has limited capabilities when it comes to the following:

Prism Assistant does not have access to public internet and cannot browse websites or retrieve external content.
It does not provide clinical or legal advice. The insights gathered are intended to support your team's existing workflows and are not intended to replace your professional judgment.
Prism Assistant does not access data outside of ControlCheck, including EHRs, HR systems, or external reporting tools.
Patient level PHI is not available to Prism Assistant and it will not answer patient identifiable questions or comments. This includes comments on Event Summaries, reviews, and cases.
Prism Assistant cannot analyze data on the Pharmacy Audit Table or Retail Pharmacy module within ControlCheck.
The Assistant is read-only and cannot modify any data, cases, reviews, or configurations within ControlCheck.
Prism Assistant does not remember conversations indefinitely.
