Detail Status Information

You can view all the transaction-level detail information from both the eMAR and ADC source systems for event summaries that are Open or Closed - Bluesight.

Closed – Reconciled

Event summaries that are Closed - Reconciled are for variances where the source system documentation has been updated to reflect any missing or inaccurate values, or the reason provided for the variance is deemed sufficient to mark the item as resolved.

Closed – Unable to Reconcile

Event summaries that are Closed - Unable to Reconcile are for variances where the user is unable to determine an acceptable path to resolution or verify corrected information in the source systems record. These events are often considered true discrepancies.

Closed - Staff Section

Event summaries that are marked as Closed - Reconciled or Closed - Unable to Reconcile are moved into the Closed – Staff section of the application and are included in all report queries and dashboards.

You can view the name of the user who closed the event summary and the date it was reconciled.

Open - Historical

Open - Historical variances are Open variances that did not get resolved but get moved to an archived state so they do not display in the Review Audit screen.
