Updates to Pharmacy Audit Table Layout
The Pharmacy Audit table has undergone a few changes over the last couple of releases and we are pleased to release this finished version seen below. To create a more consistent viewing experience on the audit table, we re-aligned the Invoiced and Loaded columns to match up with their respective columns in the sub-tables when you expand an event summary.
Audit Page 2.0 Updates, New Page Coming Soon!
The ControlCheck team has finished the new filter designs on the new Audit page! We are well on our way to unveiling the new look soon. Let us know what you think of the new design!
Users Filter
The Users filter allows auditors to drill down to a specific user or set of users that may be of interest to the auditor. The filter features a search so that users can easily be found from the list.
User Roles Filter
The User Roles filter allows auditors to refine their audit results by a specific user role type. For example, the Chief of Anesthesia might only want to view audits for anesthesiologists so that he can narrow his workflow to only those audits that he is empowered to resolve.
Assigned Filter
The Assigned filter allows auditors to refine the audit results by a particular assignment status. The assignment feature allows any end-user the ability to assign an audit to another end-user. To expedite the workflow for users like Nurse Managers, the Assigned filter can be focused to only show “Events assigned to me” so that the delegated audits can be resolved first.

Upgrades & Fixes
- Fixed an issue that was throwing an error on the User to Merge page when trying to switch users.
- Fixed an issue that was incorrectly assigning an “unspecified” identifier value to providers. Updated the Waste Networks page to include a loading spinner so that it is more clear when the page is loading versus not responding at all.
- Updated all ADC adapters to use the new ‘canceled’ event type so that the Canceled Transactions report pulls the correct transactions from ADC files.
