Enhanced ControlCheck Investigations and IRIS Dashboard
The long-awaited update to ControlCheck Investigations is finally here! The ControlCheck team has worked long and hard to address a major concern of the Investigations feature which was the inability for the same Investigation Owner to open more than one unique investigation on a single User. Enhancing our software to support this use case is going to deliver value in a meaningful way and empower you to treat ControlCheck as a one-stop shop for your diversion monitoring processes. ControlCheck Users can use this update to perform routine surveillance on top IRIS rankers month over month.
You can now view a brand new page called User Portfolio that displays all investigations for a User that you are Owner or Collaborator on. This sleekly designed addition to ControlCheck Investigations will house a record of all previous investigations for a User making it easy to understand the history of a User. To access the User Portfolio for a User, click on the Investigate tab from the top menu. From the Investigations table, click on the name of the User to view their portfolio.
To open a new, unique investigation on a User, click the Open a New Investigation button and select an Open Reason.
The IRIS Dashboard continues to be a powerful tool in the investigation workflow of ControlCheck Users. With this release, the Dashboard has been given a much needed face-lift. With bold new colors and a modernized design, we hope your journey through IRIS is more vibrant than ever and that you love the updates as much as we do! These enhancements come as a compliment to the ControlCheck Investigations feature described above. ControlCheck Users can continue to use the IRIS Dashboard as a jumping point from reviewing analytics to opening an investigation. When you click on a User’s name from the IRIS Dashboard, you will see one of two options: Open Investigation or View Investigations. The conditional logic is determined by whether that User has existing investigations in their portfolio or not.
To open a new investigation on a User that does not have any existing investigations, click Open Investigation.
To view a User’s portfolio, click View Investigations.
Upgrades & Fixes
- Updated the Patient filter on the Run Report page to load results quickly for a better user experience.
- Updated the performance of the System Benchmarks reports.
