System Benchmarks: Documentation Accuracy, Trending Data Report
System Benchmarks are insights for users to monitor compliance in relation to other hospitals in their hospital groups or between departments in the same hospital. The release features a new option for the Documentation Accuracy report that presents trending data over a certain period of time. Users can select their desired time range from the time picker; some recommended time ranges for trending reports are the last six months or the last three months. This report will allow users to monitor patterns and variance trends from a hospital-wide perspective. Users can view the trending report in a graph or table format. The graph view will display a line graph with data points for each of the selected months from the time picker; there will be a line for each of the four event summary states (Open, Closed-ControlCheck, Closed-Reconciled, and Closed-Unreconciled). The table view will display a table with the selected months from the time picker as rows and the columns display either a count or percentage of total of each of the four event summary states over time. Both the graph and table can be toggled to view the counts as numbers or as percentages of the total count of variances.
To navigate to this report, click View System Benchmarks from the Analyze menu, select the Documentation Accuracy report from the side navigation menu, and click View Hospital Trending Data. Select your desired time range and apply any hospital filters as desired.
To view trending data for one hospital’s departments, click View Hospital's Departments at the top of the graph. Select your desired time range and apply any department filters as desired.
System Benchmarks: Download Report as CSV and PDF
System Benchmarks reports are powerful data tools that allow our customers to track intrasystem and intrahospital metrics and present findings to their teams. Providing our users an easy way to export the data in a presentation-ready format was a core goal of this release and ControlCheck is happy to announce that these reports are now available to be downloaded as a CSV or PDF.
To download a report, simply navigate to the view of your choice, and select your desired time range. Then select the hospitals or departments you would like to compare, click Download Report, and select the file type you would like.
Upgrades and Fixes
We will be removing support for TLS 1.0 and 1.1. These security protocols are old and continuing to support them is a security risk. A detailed analysis was performed by engineering to assess the impact of removing these protocols. The findings determined this should have little to no impact on users. Customers that are using IE11 on a very old version of Windows may be impacted by this update. The user might see the following message:
Go to https://clienttest.ssllabs.com:8443/ssltest/viewMyClient.html to see what browser/version and what version of TLS you are using to assist with troubleshooting.
- The Integrate tab has been renamed to Upload to provide a more consistent and seamless user experience when choosing to upload files to ControlCheck.
