Run Report Enhancements ?

Viewing notes on an event summary should be as easy as the click of a button; and now it is. To view the notes left on an event summary from the Run Report page, click the blue notepad icon. The row will automatically expand to display the notes on the summary.

The edit functions have remained the same. To make an edit to an event summary, such as changing the status, adding an assigned user, or adding a note, click the pencil icon in the Edit column and make the desired changes in the bottom panel that pops up.

Upgrades & Fixes

• Upgraded IRIS Trending in Labs to be more performant.
• Fixed an issue with the ‘help’ icon in the Demo environment that opens up the in-app Knowledge Center.
• Fixed an issue with the IRIS nightly update that was causing an issue with the IRIS data refresh that allows users to see IRIS data as new as yesterday.
• Fixed minor issues on the Audit page and in the Assignment workflow.
• Fixed an issue with EDI Invoices that would fail due to a race condition. This issue was identified during a testing scenario and is unlikely to affect production data.

Upcoming Features & Bug Fixes 

Release 129 - Week of 09-20-22

• Official sunset of Audit 1.0; it’s time to say good-bye! ??
• Ability to map medication identifiers in bulk so that all the identifiers from each system (e.g. Pyxis, Omnicell, Epic, etc.) can be mapped together at once instead of having to map each identifier individually.
• Enhancements to the auto med mapping workflow to increase the number of valid NDCs automatically mapped by ControlCheck.
• Enhancements to internal logging systems to make event summary troubleshooting easier and more seamless for internal teams and ultimately improving customer support.

• Enhancements to the Shift Analysis IRIS Report that includes time and attendance data (e.g. Kronos).
• Enhancements to the new feature for infusion reconciliation to have better coverage of infusion/PCA administrations.
• Redesign of the side navigation menu on the Manage tab for an enhanced user experience.
