Audit 2.0 Upgrades
Save User's Place When Editing Events
Currently, there is a sharp corner in functionality for the user experience in Audit 2.0. When a user edits an event summary, the page reloads and the user loses their place in the list of results. As an example, let's say a user has already scrolled through the first 20 event summaries out of 100 results. When the page reloads and brings them back to the top, it is challenging to remember where they were in the results list and get back to that spot to continue their workflow.
We are happy to say that this sharp corner has been smoothed over with an update that saves a user's place in the results list, even after an edit has been made that would cause the page to reload. In the example below, notice ES ID 1537944, located right below the event summary being edited in the gif. After the user in the example below edit's ES ID 1538148, the page reloads and that specific event summary no longer displays because it is now closed and no longer meets the filter requirements. However, you can still see that the results return the user back to the original place where the edit took place. In the last gif, notice how the screen rolls back to that event summary ID 1537933.
No Group Option
A common feedback item throughout beta testing for Audit 2.0 is the inability to view event summaries sorted solely by date, with no grouping on patient, drug, or user. You can now select No Group from the Group By drop-down to allow you to filter only by date.
Upgrades & Fixes
- Hotfix R118.1
- Fixed an issue with the Medication Mapper workflow mapping Ignored Medications where the system would try to get all pending patients for the ignored medication before presenting the medication mapper workflow. This issue would cause the system to reach a session timeout and product an internal server error to users when attempting to map and ignored medication.
- Fixed an issue with the Medication Mapper workflow that produced an error at the final step of the workflow when selecting the Medication Audit State.
- Hotfix R118.2
- Fixed an encoding issue that was causing a customer's files to fail unexpectedly.
- Fixed an issue with creating duplicate events from the same file when a transaction isolation would occur and create the same event twice.
- Fixed an issue with Audit 2.0 were event summaries assigned to a suer in a department outside of their security role were not discoverable or visible on the Audit 2.0 page.
