ControlCheck Navigation Bar

Navigation Bar Menu

When you log in to ControlCheck, use the main navigation bar to move between pages within the application. The ControlCheck logo in the upper-left corner may be selected should you need to revisit the landing page. Review the main navigation tabs and their purposes outlined below. 

Main Navigation Tabs 

• Audit - directs you to the Audit table, where you can review your facility's transactions and assess data within event summary cards
• Analyze - directs you to the Analytics functionality within ControlCheck, enabling the review of IRIS data for providers across multiple departments
• Cases - facilitates the initiation of cases for providers suspected of diversion, allowing you to gather documentation for collaboration
• Report - central location for generating and downloading reports 
• Upload - enables you to upload pertinent data files that support patient and/or pharmaceutical auditing as well as internal investigations
• Manage - allows manager-level users to set the parameters for a multitude of features like medication mapping, user roles, and much more... 
• Labs - permits the review of lab data for both the nursing department and Operating Room (OR). 

Additional Menu Options

To review account settings or audit a different hospital, select your name or the User Profile icon to trigger a submenu with additional options. 

1. User Name & Hospital - displays your name and the name of the facility whose data you are auditing.
2. User Profile Icon - appears as a blue circle that displays your username's initials. 
3. Knowledge Base Icon - the "?" icon allows you to navigate to ControlCheck's Knowledge Base.
