Features 

Improved IRIS Scoring with Non-Procedural & Procedural Departments

 Our last product release introduced “Non-Procedural” and “Procedural” department labels. With these labels, we are excited to improve how IRIS is calculated with more specific peer comparisons within non-procedural or procedural departments!

Update Department Labels to Improve IRIS Scoring:

• Update & save your Non-Procedural/ Procedural labels in "Manage > Departments" so that:
  • IRIS Calculation for Non-Procedural User aggregates all non-procedural departments for peer comparisons
  • IRIS Calculation for Procedural User aggregates all procedural departments for peer comparisons
• If departments are updated, IRIS scoring improvement will take effect on June 18, 2024

No Action Required to Maintain Current IRIS Scoring:

• If no department labels are updated, then the current IRIS calculation will continue to compare users across all departments.

Export Security Roles to a CSV File

 You can now export this entire list of Security Roles within the hospital to CSV format, which will show the name, user count, and permissions of each Security Role, allowing you to quickly audit the Security Roles being used.

Each Security Role will be shown in the CSV and include the information shown above, which is:

• The name of the Security Role
• The total number of users with that role assigned, giving the user using this list the ability to understand the usage of each Security Role
• Departments the Security Role has access to (separated by /)
• Analytics Permissions (separated by /)
• Other Permissions (separated by /)

Updates & Fixes 

• Upload manager now works for customers with > 1000 uploaded files
• For Hospitals on IRIS 1.0/ 2.0: Updated Top Trending IRIS Users on ControlCheck Dashboard to Top IRIS Users to highlight top red IRIS users and create alignment with user list on the IRIS Dashboard

IRIS Worklist Customers Only

• Resolved issue with incorrect IRIS Review "Closed Date" in the “Reviews & Investigation” tab
• Resolved issue where IRIS reviews are completed without a review outcome selected
• Updated Reviewed Outcome list to Policy Non-Compliance, Diversion Suspected, and No Actionable Concern

• Our main focus will be continuing work on the IRIS Worklist, the Health System view, and the Inventory Movement Reconciliation process in the Pharmacy Module.
