Updates
Improved Clarity of Action Times text within IRIS Detail Risk Score Analysis
Improved understanding of concerning IRIS Action Times scores. Last release we added the capability to support customizable action time thresholds to help hospitals identify policy exceptions (Improve Action Times with customizable action time thresholds). This update ensures the natural language processing (NLP) text appropriately matches the hospital's setting.
For example:
- If Action Time events are set to Nursing/ OR Average from the setting, show (Nursing Average) or (OR Average) in the bullet description
- Example: 2 actions with first and last touch for a patient > 73 min (Nursing Average)
- If Action Time events are set to the numerical value from the setting, show (Hospital Threshold) in the bullet description
- 5 actions with first dispense and first admin for a patient > 60 mins (Hospital Threshold)
The updated bullet wording was done for each Action Time event (below) depending on the hospital setting value for:
- First Dispense → First Admin
- Last Admin → Last Waste
