Features

Prism Assistant

The new Prism Assistant brings conversational intelligence to your diversion monitoring. We built this based on feedback from diversion teams telling us that they are stretched thin and investigations can be extremely time consuming.

  • It eliminates manual reporting and analysis by delivering instant, evidence-backed answers directly from your data.
  • With a conversational interface, users can explore trends and build custom benchmarks that contextualize individual behavior without needing advanced analytics skills.
  • You can also generate ready-to-present case reviews and program KPIs in seconds, reducing overall preparation time.

Bug Fixes

Credit Rebill Filtering on Event Summaries Fixed an issue where credit rebill events were not being correctly filtered from the Event Summary (ES) when other types of events were also present. Now, matching invoice events from credit rebill pairs are properly excluded even when other order or receipt events exist on the same ES.

Credit Rebill Filter Excluded Event Summaries with Load Events Resolved a bug where an Event Summary containing load events could be incorrectly filtered out entirely when ordered quantities summed to zero. The system now preserves Event Summaries that include load events, rather than suppressing them due to credit rebill matching logic.
