Prism Assistant Prompt History Extension

Prism prompt history is now retained for 1 year (up from 90 days). This means that going forward, you may return & converse with older conversations of value to your team.

Additionally, expired sessions now drop out of Prism Session History so that users don’t get the impression that they can read prompts where the data is no longer viewable.

Adjustments to the Formulary Page

• Page title for Manage Formulary is now “Formulary”
• Navigating between Formulary and Medication Mapper is now faster due to technical component upgrades

Bug Fixes

• Retail Module - Fixed a rounding issue where the strength of a medication in Count Corrections could be incorrectly displayed (e.g., 0.25mg displayed as "0mg").
• Fixed the Print button on Knowledge Base articles
• Fixed an issue where an IRIS review could disappear from both the OR and Nursing worklist tabs when its stored care area didn't match the provider's role-based care area.
• Fixed multi-hospital medication mapping so that uncontrolled medications unmapped at other sites are no longer silently filtered out.
• Fixed an issue on the Audit Table calculator where the stats did not update to match the relevant filters applied.
