Performance Enhancements

Prism Assistant: We’ve added improvements to processing speeds at handling event data. Now, Prism can report on event data with more reliability and speed. Prism is highly capable at assessing larger volumes of Dispense, Admin, Wastes, Returns, Overrides, and instances of Full Package Waste and can quickly break down this data by hospital, department drug, or provider.

File Processing: ControlCheck has launched a few under-the-hood adjustments to improve file processing speeds. Customers should expect fewer delays on their file processing times going forward.

Inventory Movement Reconciliation (Pyxis)

We’ve added pocket location data to IMR duplicate detection so events with different pocket locations are no longer flagged as duplicates (and therefore hidden from the Pharmacy Audit Table).

This supports workflows where medication movements across pockets can spawn multiple events from the same ADC that previously appeared as duplicates to ControlCheck. Adding the pocket location adds a deeper layer of granularity that allows us to isolate events so that they can appear on the Pharmacy Audit Table.

Pain Related Analysis (PRA)

• Reduced the PRA case window from 48 hours to 24 hours to produce smaller, more actionable cases within the metric.
• Updated the PRA violation tooltip to show expected time gaps in hours and minutes instead of only minutes.

Manage - Account Management

The following minor adjustments were made to the account management page:

• Updated bulk edit UI now sits atop of the table, helping provide visibility that the feature exists. This also now matches the Manage Security Roles bulk update workflow
• The “Create Account” button has been moved to the left hand side of the table

Bug Fixes

• Fixed the IRIS Reviews report to correctly attribute the reviewing user, even when a provider is moved directly to Reviewed status.
• Fixed retail pharmacy negative-quantity events to correctly filter credit/rebill pairs, matching existing pharmacy behavior.
