Portfolio Overview


The Case Portfolio for a provider gives the most detail on the case's progress. From the Case Portfolio screen, you can complete the following tasks:

  • Review a provider's IRIS score summary
  • Download a PDF of the Case Portfolio screen 
  • View the Case Summary
  • Utilize the Case Checklist
  • Add Case Collaborators, Admins, and Viewers
  • Add Activity Notes
  • Link and Unlink Event Summaries
  • Create Observed Behavior Reports 

Examine the IRIS Score Summary


The first section of the Case Portfolio screen contains a summary of the selected provider's IRIS across all metrics. You can also adjust the date to view data and select the Download PDF button to download a screenshot of the current screen. 

Review Case Summary

You can also see an overview of the case in the Case Summary section. 

This section includes the following information:

  • Status button - displays the current status of the case (e.g., Open or Closed)
    • Once a case is opened you can select the Status button to change the open reason or close the case. 
  • Owner - states the name of the user that owns the case
  • Open Date - the date the case was opened
  • Open Reason - the reason the case was opened /This can be edited to one of the following options:
    • Bluesight Data
    • Colleague Reported 
    • Patient Reported
    • Routine Surveillance
    • Self-Reported 
  • Close Date - the date the case was closed
  • Close Reason - the reason the case was closed /This can be edited to one of the following options:
    • Diversion Confirmed
    • Diversion Suspected but Review Inconclusive
    • No Diversion Activity

Note: After you have selected the reason for closing the case, the case's status will immediately update from Open to Closed

Utilize the Case Checklist

The checklist that manager-level users create within the Manage tab will appear under the Case Checklist section. To learn more about this list read the Create a Case Checklist article. 


Review Collaborators, Admins, and Viewers

You can add and delete collaborators from a case depending on your security role. To learn more about collaborators, admins, and viewers read the Case Collaborators article. 

Activity Tabs


The Case Portfolio includes a series of tabs that allow you to conduct a robust and detailed case. 

  • Feed Tab - This tab allows you to add notes to the case and displays time-stamped records of system activities.
  • Event Summaries Tab - This tab allows you to link and unlink event summaries.
  • Observed Behavior Tab - This tab houses the Observed Behavior reporting feature that allows select users to create one or multiple reports that can be added to a case. To learn more about this feature read the Observed Behavior Report article. 


Text Editor for Documentation 


When utilizing the text editor under the Feed tab you can create detailed notes utilizing the following text features: bolding, italicizing, bulleted lists, numbered lists, headers, URL linking, and much more...
