Warning Errors & Messages

Modified on Wed, Nov 8, 2023 at 5:32 PM

There are several types of status, error and warning messages that you might encounter during your use of ControlCheck.

The ‘Error: You are not authorized to perform this action’ error message displays when a user account does not have sufficient permissions to view or access that particular portion of the application. Users should first confirm their ControlCheck account permissions in the Bluesight application’s user management settings, and, if still unable to access the ControlCheck application, contact Bluesight technical support at (786) 548-2432 ext. 2 or email help@bluesight.com.

The ‘Patient records have been held in processing due to new identifiers’ banner will display following a file upload or transmission when new identifiers (whether medication formulary identifiers or employee identifiers) have been introduced into the system. The Bluesight support team is automatically notified of these new identifiers and will address any mappings needed. Once the information is updated, the records in holding will be released and will then appear in the application for review.

When a new version of the application is available, the application will automatically download any updates. Users that are currently logged in will be prompted to refresh their application via a banner notification. All other users will have the latest version of the application automatically load upon their next login.
