2024-01-02 Release 162

Features

Investigations - Linking Event Summaries

Users can now directly link Event Summaries to Investigations, allowing for the collection of evidence that helps determine the outcome of the investigation. It is now easy to see all of the event summaries the individual in review has been involved in and associate any number of those events as important evidence within that investigation, showing as an activity item.

IRIS Worklist Beta - User Side Panel Overlay

With IRIS 2.0 beta near completion and GA planning in progress, our next focus is developing the IRIS Worklist, which focuses on creating a more guided IRIS review process and adding new functionalities to support tracking of review statuses & documentation of an IRIS review.

The user side panel is updated to overlay the IRIS Worklist when a reviewer selects an IRIS user. The side panel will continue to display additional contextual information on a user such as 6-Month Longitudinal IRIS, Avg CS Dispenses/ Shift, and Detail Risk Score Analysis.

  • To open the user’s side panel, select a user from the IRIS Worklist
  • To close the user’s side panel & return to the IRIS Worklist, select the “X” in the top right corner or any area outside of the side panel

Updates & Fixes

  • We have updated the Investigation Creation Email Notification setting for Investigation Admins or Viewers to now be opt-in instead of opt-out.
    • We have received lots of feedback about individuals getting these emails when they should not be, causing security and confidentiality concerns for our customers. By changing this to opt-in, these users will no longer receive the emails automatically. Please note the following regarding this change:
      • Users who were receiving the email and want to continue to receive it will need to now opt-in under Account Settings.
      • While turning this notification off for all users will solve the issue of it being sent to users who should not be seeing this information, it does not resolve the underlying security and confidentiality concerns. These users were receiving this email due to their security role permissions, and unless those are updated, they will still be able to see all of the same investigation information in the application.
  • We fixed an issue where random names were being displayed next to event summaries.
  • We fixed an issue where selecting results in the Investigation Activity Filter would remove all other selectable options from the list.
  • Filters in the Investigation Worklist are now persistent throughout the Users session. This means if I leave the table of Investigations with selected filters already set and I come back to this view later on, the selected filters will still be applied.
