IRIS Worklist Beta - User Card Layout & User Header
The IRIS Worklist is focused on creating a more guided IRIS review process and integrating contextual data on IRIS users to help reviewers make more informed decisions on who is most important to review.
The current IRIS user list will be replaced with a card layout, featuring additional user demographic data, user activity data, and reviewer activity data.
The user card layout will include additional contextual data on IRIS Users:
- User Role
- Department - with the most CS activity
- Days Outstanding - the # of days between the current date and the date when a user has been systematically/ manually flagged
- Avg CS Dispenses Per Shift - based on the default IRIS date range hospital setting (i.e. Last 30 Days), this calculates the average CS dispenses per shift
- Open/ Closed Cases - this is the total count of open & closed cases
Upon clicking a user from the IRIS worklist, the user’s side panel will open and support a user header that summarizes IRIS & demographic data:
- Flagged IRIS score - the user’s score that was either flagged automatically by the system when the score turns red or when a reviewer manually flags a user for review (upcoming feature)
- Current IRIS score - the user’s IRIS score based on the default IRIS date range hospital setting
- User Role
- Department - with the most CS activity
Updates & Fixes
- Fixed an issue where random names were being displayed next to the unlinked event summaries.
- Turned on ChurnZero nightly reporting for production.
- Split OR/Nursing/Pharmacy variance stats by care area in ChurnZero reporting.
- Added a
current_sign_in_at
value to the Manage/Account Management page table and CSV download, which will show the most recent sign-in. - We modified the Event Summary embargo logic to use a hospital setting if present to specify the number of hours to ‘hold’ Event Summaries in a held state. This allows us to handle data from files that span more than 1 day of data. This will be the case for many of the migration customers from Investigate.
- Update calculation of IRIS scores on the Top Trending IRIS users page to be based on the Default Date Range & File Processing Buffer
- Update monthly_iris longitudinal chart return to always contain the most recent six months
