Overview
The IRIS Worklist feature is a guided task management tool that drives proactive risk management and efficient reviews of high-risk users. It flags high-risk providers at your facility and allows you to prioritize review efforts by assigning an assortment of statuses, creating notes, adding documentation, and aggregating contextual data into a central dashboard.
Historical Path to IRIS Worklist
Revisit our journey from the first instance of IRIS (e.g., IRIS 1.0) to the new and improved IRIS Worklist.
IRIS 1.0 (2023 and earlier) | IRIS 2.0 (early 2024) | IRIS Worklist (July 2024 and beyond) |
Our legacy IRIS analytics solution for reviewing red IRIS users by tracking IRIS metrics and transactions. | We implemented User Interface (UI) improvements through a modern re-design of the IRIS dashboard and Analytics module. | We have incorporated workflow improvements for more proactivity and efficient IRIS reviews through the new IRIS Worklist dashboard. |
Key Features & Concepts
IRIS Worklist addresses inefficient review workflows and fragmented documentation throughout the IRIS review process. Review the table below to learn how it can solve user problems.
Feature | Explanation | User Scenario |
IRIS User Card Layout | Allows for an in-depth review of IRIS users due to comprehensive data on user demographics, user activity, and review activity | You are missing contextual data needed to identify high-risk providers at your facility. |
Flagged IRIS Users | Identifies and prioritizes a list of flagged IRIS users for review | You overlook providers with a red IRIS due to the frequency of IRIS score changes. |
Review Statuses | Includes the creation of standardized review statuses used to manage IRIS users throughout the review process and track review outcomes | You are unable to efficiently track users during reviews or enforce accountability after completing them. |
Documentation | Allows you to quickly create new notes, upload file attachments, and tag reviewed IRIS metrics | You cannot add notes or attachments after reviewing IRIS metrics and as a result, you have to document in investigations or use external applications. |
Case Reviews | Promptly access all review activity for IRIS users via notes as well as outcomes for IRIS reviews and cases (if permitted) | You find it inefficient to access notes from Cases or Internal applications when attempting to recall historical context/outcomes and remain informed when initiating a new review. |
