- Default IRIS Worklist to "Needs Review”
- This update makes the IRIS Worklist more prescriptive by focusing on which IRIS user needs review instead of viewing “All Users”
- Show IRIS Users without Current IRIS score on IRIS Worklist
- ControlCheck has always shown IRIS users with activity in the last 30 days
- This update allows application users to find any user without a current IRIS score/ activity in the last 30 days:
- Viewable in “All Users” tab
- Ability to search for user with the “User” filter
- Ability to view any historical reviews/ notes
- Ability to open an investigation
- Resolved bug in IRIS Worklist related to opening an investigation for an IRIS user in Reviewed Status

- IRIS Worklist General Availability! We are excited to upgrade customers from IRIS 2.0 to IRIS Worklist to create a more guided & streamlined workflow for completing IRIS reviews. Features included:
- IRIS User Card Layout - Effectively review IRIS users with more comprehensive data on user demographics, user activity, and review activity.
- Flagged IRIS Users - prioritize a list of flagged IRIS users for review.
- Review Statuses - proactively manage IRIS users throughout the review process and track review outcomes.
- IRIS Documentation - save notes/ upload attachments and tag reviewed IRIS metrics.
- Reviews & Investigations - effortlessly access all review activity of an IRIS user by accessing notes & outcomes for all IRIS reviews and investigations (if permissions allow)
- New Overrides IRIS Metric - highlight providers with unusually high override dispenses in the Detailed Risk Score Analysis for the Nursing care area.
- Increase IRIS metric weights for Med Trends, Variance Trends, and Full Package Waste to improve identification of risky behaviors that are more suggestive of diversion concern
