Sort “Investigate Data” Transactions by Date

Delivering on a top community idea (17 votes!), this enhancement improves IRIS reviews by displaying transactions in chronological order on the Investigate Data pages.

• Display event summaries from oldest → most recent
• The Detailed Transaction report will also be sorted by the Time column

Improved Audit Reviews with Oversight Audit

Enable multi-disciplinary audit oversight workflows to easily review closed variances & notes! Specifically, allow closed event summaries to be verified and marked as reviewed via an “Oversight Audit” checkbox.

• To enable this feature, please select the new Security Role permission for Oversight Audit
  • The checkbox for Oversight Audit is displayed on the expanded Event Summary card
  • When the checkbox is selected, the action is logged in the activity feed
  • Ability to filter for Oversight Audit in the Patient Care Audit table and Run Reports page

Improved Variance Notification Email for Open Event Summaries

Stay informed with open event summaries created in ControlCheck with daily or weekly email notifications!

The daily notifications include all open ES created in the last 24 hours, while the weekly notifications include all open ES created in the last week.

• Updated Open Variances email notification description: This notification is sent to notify you of open variances created in ControlCheck as a daily or weekly digest.
• Updated list of Open Event Summaries emailed to app users:
  • Daily notifications will email the application user with the list of open ES created in ControlCheck & still open in the last 24 hours
  • Weekly notifications will email the application user with the list of open ES created in ControlCheck & still open in the last week

Pharmacy Module UI to Match PC Audit Section

Maintain user interface & workflow consistency between the Pharmacy Module and Patient Care Audit when updating the Event Summary status and adding notes!

• Improve Action Time metric review with customizable action time policies for First Dispense → First Admin and Last Admin → Last Waste so that the system can highlight relevant transactions to review
  • Improved feature usability: update the Action Time metric description and direct navigation to the Investigate Data page
  • Updated Investigate Data Page: clearly communicate presented data/ relevant transactions
  • Customizable Action Time policy thresholds by Nursing or OR modules: Ability to set action time policy thresholds for First Dispense → First Admin and Last Admin → Last Waste

• Bi-directional review status transitions so that completed reviews can be moved to an active status.
• Update Review Oversight Dashboard charts to show the top 5 values for the following charts and navigate to a full view for each chart.
