Updates 

Bi-Directional Review Transition for Active IRIS Reviews

Easily change the status of an active review by moving it backward and supporting more accurate tracking and collaboration across different review statuses. This enhancement allows for correcting reviews that have been prematurely moved and enables additional scrutiny of reviews.

From the IRIS Provider’s side panel, select the Review Status dropdown for active IRIS reviews to transition statuses from:

• In Review → Needs Review
• Watching → In Review
• Watching → Needs Review

Note: Further discovery & validation are in progress for supporting bi-directional review transitions for Reviewed/ Completed IRIS reviews

Improved Sorting of all IRIS users on the Worklist

The updated sorting experience enables sorting of the entire list of IRIS providers, regardless of whether they have a review.

All IRIS providers on the Worklist can be sorted from high to low:

• Current IRIS Score
• Avg CS Dispenses / Shift
• Last Review Date (oldest → most recent)
• Reviews
• Open / Closed Investigations (most open  → fewest open)

Only IRIS Providers with a review on the Worklist can be sorted from high to low:

• Flagged Score
• Days Outstanding

Enhanced Chart Display & Navigation in Review Oversight

Improve chart readability by displaying the top 5 categories for specific charts, with a "View All" button for larger datasets, allowing users to view the full chart on a dedicated page.

• From the Review Oversight Dashboard, display the top 5 categories for the following charts:
  • Total Reviews Opened & Completed by Department
  • Avg Days to Complete a Review by Department
  • Reviews Completed by IRIS User Role
  • Reviews Completed by Application User
• "View All" Button
  • If more than 5 categories are available, a "View All" button appears, allowing users to navigate to a full view of the chart
  • If 5 or fewer categories are present, the button will not be displayed. For large datasets, the "View All" button will take users to a dedicated page showing the complete dataset

• Screenshot Functionality
  • From the full view, users can now take a screenshot of the entire chart for easy sharing
• Breadcrumb Navigation
  • Breadcrumbs have been added to easily navigate back to the Review Oversight dashboard.

Enhanced Data Clarity of Pie Charts in Review Oversight

Improve readability by adding tooltips that appear when hovering over the pie chart to display values.

• Display tooltips upon hover for the following pie charts:
  • Review Openers
  • Review Outcome

• Improve Action Time metric review with customizable action time policies for First Dispense → First Adminand Last Admin → Last Waste so that the system can highlight relevant transactions to review
  • Improved feature usability: update Action Time metric description and direct navigation to the Investigate Data page
  • Updated Investigate Data Page: clearly communicate presented data/ relevant transactions
  • Customizable Action Time policy thresholds by Nursing or OR modules: Ability to set action time policy thresholds for First Dispense → First Admin and Last Admin → Last Waste
