Updates 

Improve Action Times with customizable action time thresholds

We’re excited to improve the Action Time metric by highlighting:First Dispense → First Admin and Last Admin → Last Waste events that exceed the action time threshold. This update enables the system to highlight relevant transactions that exceed hospitalaction time policies or the care area average, leading to more efficient IRIS reviews.

Available on IRIS Worklist only.

• Improved feature usability: Updated Action Time metric description with specific events that exceed the action time threshold and direct navigation to the Investigate Data page.
  
• Updated Investigate Data Page: This page has been enhanced to clearly communicate the relevant transactions that exceed the action time threshold.
• To set the action time threshold for First Dispense → First Admin and Last Admin → Last Waste events, please submit a support ticket: 


For the Nursing Module, the default action time threshold will be set to 1 hour.

• 15 minutes
• 30 minutes
• 1 hour (default)
• 2 hours

For the OR Module, the default action time threshold will be set to the OR average, maintaining existing behavior

• OR Average (default)
• 15 minutes
• 30 minutes
• 1 hour

• 8 hours
