Features
Retail Pharmacy Module - Count Corrections
There have been enhancements made to the Count Corrections heat map in the Retail Module to include a detailed flyout panel when drilling into an item on the heat map.
- Includes a 6-month view of Count Corrections, grouped by day, with a total quantity of all the manual adjustments (corrections) that occurred in the month. Increase and decrease adjustments will be noted in separate colors as a stacked bar.
- Grouping by generic (med + strength) and displaying chronological count corrections. Count Correction rows can be expanded to show either:
- the previous Cycle Count or Count Correction, whichever comes first, and all events between.
- the last 10 events preceding the Count Correction if there was no previous cycle count or count correction within the last 30 days.
Multi-Hospital Reporting
Expanded inpatient transactional reporting across multiple hospitals to eliminate the need to generate duplicative reports of event summaries and improve IRIS reviews for providers working in multiple sites.
- Accessible from Report Section > Transactional Reports > Multi-Hospital
- This report generates event summaries across hospitals by respecting existing permissions to hospitals and respective security roles at those hospitals
- Notable filtering options to refine the view:
- Start & End Date (required)
- Hospitals: a multi-hospital selector based on the end user’s existing permissions
- Please note selecting multiple hospitals may slow loading other filters
- Departments: a multi-department selector, which is enabled after hospitals have been selected
- Look out for an enhancement to this filter next sprint to incorporate the hospital name
- Status: a multi-selector for event summary statuses
- Variance Category: ControlCheck parent categories
- User Edited: Edited or Not Edited
- Drugs: a multi-selector of equivalents medications
- Users: a free-text search (minimum 3 characters)
- User Roles: multi-selector of user roles
- To generate a multi-hospital report, a Report Title is required (max 50 characters) before selecting Request Data for report generation
- Columns in CSV are the same as the Summary Report version of the Transactional Report: Current Hospital (formerly Run Report)
IRIS Metric Calculation Improvements
Updates to the remaining metrics Canceled Transactions, Overrides, and Dispense Patterns by calculating scores by separating procedural department data from care area data. This change ensures providers are evaluated more accurately based on the nature of their workflows, reducing the chance of highlighting providers whose routine activities in procedural areas were previously skewing results.
