Features

Health System IRIS Update

  • Within IRIS reviews, users have icons noting their access to multiple hospitals within the IDN
    • Clicking upon the icon navigates to the Multi-Hospitals users page
    • Only available for customers with Health System IRIS capability
    • Respects all existing permissions related to that user. The change is just noting the icon if the user is detected of having controlled substance activity across other hospitals within the health system

Display MedID + ItemID for Display and Administration Events

  • ControlCheck will display Epic and ADC MedID/ItemID (source system med identifier) for dispense and administration events in the Review Audit page to improve event investigation and medication mapping accuracy.

Administrative & Reporting Quality of Life Improvements

  • User Account Management
    • Simplified “Last Login At” column into one field
    • The user account table previously had multiple columns describing user login activity, causing confusion.
  • Remove "Hospital" from Report Inbox and Parameters
    • The “Hospital” column on the Report Inbox table previously displayed the hospital the user was logged into when they requested the report. This is not considered relevant information and it’s potentially confusing to the user, so we removed it from both the table on the Report Inbox and the Report Parameters on the report detail view.
  • Added Hospital names to titles of Transactional Reporting/Current Hospital reports
    • This change is to add clarity for admins saving away reports across many hospitals

Preparing Future Retail Module Features

The ControlCheck team is working diligently ahead on expanding a couple Retail Module workflows, including:

  • Building analysis capabilities for identifying instances of excessive dispenses
  • Building workflow features to create and manage reviews in the retail setting for count corrections and excessive dispenses

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved issue around IRIS review attachments failing to upload
  • ADT enabled hospitals can upload EMR files successfully, as expected
