The Report Dashboard is the central location for all reporting needs within ControlCheck.
To access the Report Dashboard, select Report from the navigation header at the top of the screen.
Within the Report Dashboard, various reports can be generated and downloaded.
- Report Inbox - Large reports that are too large to download immediately will be sent to the Report Inbox for delivery and stored for up to 180 days
- Investigative Reports - IRIS Reviews - Provides visibility into recent or historical reviews of providers flagged for elevated diversion risk, allowing users to view the most recent reviews across all providers or all historical reviews for a single provider
- KPI Reports - Audit KPI - Summarizes data for patient care event summaries grouped by medication, care area, departments, and hospitals with visibility into counts of unreviewed event summaries
- Quick Reports - Documentation Accuracy - Allows you to review variance trends from multiple perspectives over time
- Quick Reports - Time to Admin and Waste - View how long providers are in possession of controlled substances before they administer or waste them
- Transactional Reports - Current Hospital - Reports on Transactional Report data from the audit table for your current hospital
- Transactional Reports - Multi Hospital - Reports on Transactional Report data from the audit table for multiple hospitals within a system
