KPI Report
We’ve added 2 new Audit statistics accessible from the Audit KPI report:
- Sum of Variances closed within “X” days
- Percent of Variances reconciled within “X” days

These calculated stats help diversion program managers find more insight into their program health by identifying how quickly their team is cycling through routine audit table workflows.
In addition, we recognize that although event summaries can be generated at any time, diversion monitoring teams typically don’t work weekends. To account for this in KPI metrics, the KPI report now allows you to exclude Saturdays & Sundays from all the Documentation Accuracy statistics utilizing days (Note: this setting does not filter out holidays).

Loading Screen Enhancements
Our loading spinner now supplies contextual information in most situations behind what ControlCheck is processing when opening a new page or element.
ControlCheck processes a lot of data, which can test our patience at times. To help, we’ve added in messages providing informational detail into what ControlCheck is working on. We hope this helps reassure users that ControlCheck is still working on your behalf when retrieving your diversion data.
