Action Time Metrics

We’ve removed the First Touch to Last Touch Sub-Metric from the Action times IRIS metric. Our two primary reasons for this are:

1. When multiple medication events are combined into a single Event Summary ID, which would artificially inflate the time between first and last touch.
2. An upcoming improvement to how ControlCheck handles infusions events, which are naturally long in duration, would further skew this metric.

UX Improvements

• KPI Report: Repositioned "Group By" columns to the first position in Audit KPI Reports for improved readability
• Cases: Enabled adding both a note and attachment to a case in a single action, reducing the number of clicks and page reloads required
• IRIS Detail Panel: Made the table on the Reviews & Cases tab sortable with improved default sorting
• Application Performance: Made dramatic speed improvements when loading providers in ControlCheck. This improvement will be noticed in the user mapping, and (to a lesser extent) in the audit pages.

Bug Fixes

• Resolved an issue where the IRIS Analytics OR link would appear after toggling the care area setting off
• Resolved an issue where clicking a mapped location in Retail Pharmacies would redirect to dashboard instead of opening the edit view
