Features
Audit Table Drug Filter Tweak
The drug filter on the audit table now excludes non-audited drugs.
Previously, this filter include all mapped drugs regardless of the audit status. This created a less than ideal experience where diversion coordinators filtering by drug would sift through long drugs lists that would never produce an event summary - such as common over-the-counter drugs (like Ibuprofen). Removing these will help you find relevant event summaries faster!
Find the drug filter using the carrot button, expanding the list to all available filters.
IRIS Worklist: Option to Remove Watching Status
The IRIS review workflow can now be set not include the “Watching” status. Because a provider in this status can not be flagged for more current activity, this status can be perceived as a workaround to avoid the actual work of doing a review. As a result, we’ve added this feature to cut out this status to provide a tighter workflow experience for diversion teams
UI Changes:
- IRIS Review Status for 'Watching' is no longer visible. Users won't be able to assign a provider to this category
- The worklist filter for providers with this status is also no longer available
- The 'Users Watched' chart within Review Oversight has been removed
What happens to users with the 'Watching' status applied?
- These providers will be converted to the 'Needs Review' status when the setting is enabled
How can I turn on this feature for my organization?
- Contact your CSM or the Bluesight Support Team to enable it.

An IRIS Worklist with the Watching status category removed.
Investigate Data for Pain Analysis
The Pain Related Analysis (PRA) Metric can now leverage investigate data to find the specific event summaries that trigger this metric (administrations with the warning symbol).
This addition helps investigators dive deeper by finding the specific event summaries in scope of the metric and provide more clarity on the specific patients & MRNs associated with provider care.

This update adds the investigate data button to the PRA Metric Panel
Minor Updates & Bug Fixes
- Event times in Retail Pharmacy exports now convert to hospital timezone — exports showed raw UTC instead of local time; times now convert to the hospital's configured timezone.
- Prism Cross-IDN custom variance categories weren't returning correctly — the variance category tool now correctly pulls categories across the system and accepts an HID parameter.
